About duty and VAT

• For EU customers

After 1st May 2004 by reason of Polish accesion to European Union duty and VAT regulations are accorded to EU standards.
Books we send are not charged any customs or excise duty.
Non-taxable person (end-customer) to the price we add 22% VAT (Value Added Tax).
Taxable person (business customer, firm) with valid VAT number receives an invoice charged 0% VAT and is obliged to pay VAT in its own country, at the rates and under conditions applicable in that country (most of countries have reduced VAT rates on books).

• For non-EU customers

Books we send are not charged in our country any export duty.
Invoice is charged 0% VAT.

Please check if in your country is an import duty or VAT on books (many countries doesn't charge books or use reduced rates).
