- step 3 acceptance
- When we get your order and after reviewing your files we'll send you e-mail with final price, realisation term, delivery address. To e-mail is attached copy of pro-forma invoice. If all details accord your needs resend us your acceptance.
- step 4 payment
- We accept prepayment only. Please send us amount of money pointed in the pro-forma invoice.

- step 5 delivery
- Printed books we deliver in Europe through GLS Poland (part of General Logistics Systems B.V., Amsterdam). For other than European deliveries we use EMS speed post (in US it's partner is USPS Express Mail). Test prints we deliver via standard post service. An invoice is attached to the parcel. GLS only: After your package is sent we send you e-mail with parcel tracking number (track&trace). Delivery takes about 3-5 days for most of the countries. We send with DDX option - we pay transport and custom procedure, you pay duties and taxes if any (see also prices page).
